Turnip Fries

Serves 2

2 Large turnips, sliced into "fries"
Drizzle olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Other seasonings to taste (cayenne and garlic powder)

Bake in a single layer on a sheet pan in a 400F oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping half way through.

  1. Yummy... I will try this simple recipe. It's great that we can find so many Ideal Protein things, which are useful in our weight loss battle. Personally, I'm keeping this for 3 months and until now, I'm very satisfied of my results. I can't wait to get rid of all of them!

  2. I made these and then threw up. They did something terrible to my system. I haven't thrown up for years.
