Cucumber Basil Smoothie


 (phase 1-4) serves 2



1  cucumber, sliced
2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup basil leaves
2 tablespoons granulated Stevia
1IP Vanilla drink packet prepared w/4 oz water (or use a pre-made vanilla drink)
1/4 cup water
3 1/2 cups ice
Garnish: cucumber slice
Place all the ingredients in the blender. Using the ice crush setting, blend until all the ingredients are even and finely chopped, about 30 seconds.

  1. Thank you for sharing this smoothie recipe... I'm searching for some, because I've recently started the Ideal Protein Mississauga diet program. I would love to keep it properly, especially if I want to achieve my goal of losing like 20 pounds... I can't wait for that day! <3
