Ideal Protein Chai


(Phases 1-4)

Spice up yourvanilla pudding or drink mix by brewing a strong cup (5 oz) of Chai tea. Then,let it chill. Mix the content of 1 Ideal Protein Vanilla pudding with thechilled Chai tea, instead of water. Shake vigorously in a sealed jar tillbubbly. Enjoy!
Explore the endlesspossibilities of aromas: green tea, jasmine, rose tea, lemon, hibiscus flower,Earl Grey, orange flower, lemon grass, rosemary, etc.

Note: Be sure todrink 2 additional 8 oz glasses of water above & beyond half your bodyweight for every cup ofTea or coffee.
