Keeping on Track with Ideal Protein

Staying on track with your new diet can be difficult. But Recharge Nutrition is here to help! Below are some tips that our dieters have found helpful, whether it's their first go at Ideal Protein, or they're restarting it after being off for awhile.
  1. Recommit to your diet today! There's no time like the present.
  2. Don't let a bad day turn into a bad week or month.
  3. Keep up with your food journal daily and try to repeat your good days.
  4. Remind yourself this diet isn't forever and how far you have already come.
  5. Prep your food at least the night before.
  6. Veggies are your friends.
  7. Go to bed at a decent time. Sleep is important for a healthy metabolism.
  8. Drink water like it's your job! Staying properly hydrated will help with cravings.
  9. Stop thinking you are going to be judged for stopping. We have all been there.
  10. REPEAT DAILY!
