This is a gentle laxative and stool softener (in a pill format), used as standard treatment in all US and Canadian hospitals.
We recommend that the Dieters purchase the genetic version (“i.e.: Walgreens, PVC, Shoppers Drug Mart), which will most likely cost 50% less. Dieters should follow the instructions as indicated on the bottle.

2. Magnesium Citrate “Citrate of magnesia” (liquid format)

This is a very inexpensive product that comes in a 10 oz bottle. As for the Senekot-S, the Dieter should follow the instructions as indicated on the bottle.
Most people here have been happy with the Senokot-S, but here are some other alternatives: Phillips Caplets (magnesium oxide), Dulcolax (bisacodyl 5mg), Fleet's Enema (for immediate relief). These are the main ones in the U.S.
The Dieters may as well go to any pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for a recommendation, but the above will likely be recommended.

When are you going to get NoviLax to your clients? This is extremely irresponsible. You have been backordered for almost 2 months. My weight loss has slowed and I am not getting to my goal as quickly as I should be. I have not cheated at all since I started IP on Jan 3rd. I am very frustrated that I can't get NoviLax. I have tried all the alternatives; tried to make my own mixture of NoviLax ingredients and nothing is keeping me as regular as Novilax. As a monopoly business, you have total control over me right now with not having this needed product and I am furious. When is it going to be available again? You at least owe us an answer.

DeleteI am really sorry to hear that you are struggling. Unfortunately, we are just a clinic with a blog and have no control over the production of the products. We just order directly from Ideal Protein and as of right now they do not have an answer as to when the novi-lax will be available. I have tried to find out but was unable to get a date. I would suggest calling Ideal Protein customer service as a dieter and see if they can give you an answer. Their phone number is on their website.

Novi-Lax is discontinued in USA clinics, not sure why, this was a great product, Canadian clinics probably still have it.
