Weekly Tip






Happy Mid-Week! 

I hope everyone is having a good week so far and staying WARM!!



I would like to use this blog as a place where I can post tips that anyone has that they would like to pass on.  When you come to your next weigh in PLEASE BRING A TIP that you want to share (anything from a great recipe, to a good find at a restaurant to encouraging words), whatever you think someone would benefit from! I will collect the tips and have a weekly posting, STAY TUNED!


TIP OF THE WEEK:

Sometimes eating out can be challenging, certainly at fun family restaurants like Red Robin.  I found that they will wrap your hamburger or grilled chicken in lettuce and offer a healthy side of steamed broccoli - which fits perfect in the Ideal Protein diet and gives you another eating out option! Let me know what you think!

  1. Protein diet is good to build muscles, recover muscles, and maintain the body muscles.
    The ideal protein foods for the muscles building are eggs, meat, fish, chicken, milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, green vegetables, and green beans.
