I haven't gotten a chance to meet all of you yet, but am hoping to soon. I have my schedule posted below and want to remind all of you about the Ideal Protein workshop on Monday 2/4 from 5:30 - 6:30 (at the Sterling office). REFER YOUR FRIENDS! BE PREPARED! One of the keys to success in many things is to plan ahead and be prepared; the Ideal Protein diet is no different. All of us seem to have hectic and busy schedules and at a moment’s notice the day may take a turn. Keep a few Ideal Protein bars in your car, purse, or laptop bag for those times when your meal plans change and you need something quick.
